Earth Island Climate Game

Imagine the most comprehensive set of climate restoration solutions on the planet delivered – for free – in a magical video game to the more than 3 billion video gamers out there, quickly raising worldwide awareness of this critical issue.    
This video game is called EARTH ISLAND, and the funding to produce and distribute it for free is being raised through an educational non-profit SeeChangeNow.Earth in Santa Cruz, California.

Housing and RHNA

RHNA stands for  Regional Housing Needs Allocation  and is usually pronounced as reena. It requires ALL cities in California to quickly provide more housing and spells out how much should fall into the different price ranges. This is why the city is proposing hi-rise south of Laurel. (Not to say that we fully agree with their plan!)
