A new paper published July 2020 increases and narrows the projected future temperatures. It shows 2.6C as the lowest likely increase by 2100 with 4.1C equally possible (and higher increases possible but less probable). Needless to say this is far above the Paris 2015 Climate Agreement goals and will be devastating if we don’t make major changes

Rock Dust CO2 Removal
Nature Journal reports that the removal of atmospheric CO2 by rock weathering holds promise for mitigating climate change. Large-scale removal of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere might be achieved through enhanced rock weathering. It now seems that this approach is as promising as other strategies, in terms of cost and CO2-removal potential.
