Unfortunately Bottled Water 2019 (1) so far only applies to purchases using city money but it’s a great start.

A July 7 article in the LA Times includes the possibility of  9 foot sea level rise by 2100. That would flood most of downtown Santa Cruz, but in many other locations would severely affect 100s of millions of people.
