After the successful week of CLIMATE STRIKE activities we are planning follow-up.

At our Oct 24th Grange meeting we voted on issues/groups to follow up with and set up the following 5 categories:

  1. Faith Groups
  2. People of Color
  3. Economy & Wealth
  4. Farmers & Fishers
  5. Teachers & Schools

We have also submitted over 600 signatures natures supporting Zero Carbon by 2030 to the Board of Supervisors and the city council and we’ll be following up with individual meetings.

There are several informal public outreach efforts

  • Unions – various
  • DACA and other Latino groups
